01-02-12 Scribble Software Inc. Releases MarinaOffice Version 6.7
Scribble Software Inc. is pleased to announce the release of the new MarinaOffice version 6.7. MarinaOffice 6.7 was designed to increase the level of features and functionality across the spectrum of all modules included in the MarinaOffice Suite of Solutions. This release delivers this goal and includes over 150 modifications and enhancements to the existing version.
“We are truly excited with the 6.7 version”, stated Tonia Stevens, Scribble Software, Account Manager. “This has been a long time in the making and includes features asked for by our customers.”
The MarinaOffice version 6.7 suite of solutions includes many new features, as well as numerous requests from our customers. A sample of the new features include: unlimited vessel images in the marina management module, hourly summary sales reporting in the point of sale, automatic order ticket splitting in the restaurant module, enhanced fuel management system, and simplified QuickBooks integration with the Pure Online Account web based bill payment system. The complete MarinaOffice Suite was also updated to comply with the new MasterCard partial approval stipulations. The MarinaOffice modules, PureRetail POS, PureRestaurant POS, and PureFuel POS will automatically and seamlessly process all partial approvals, in addition to, print all prepaid credit card balances on the receipt.

07-28-11 New Customer Success Plans
Scribble Software is pleased to announce Phase 3 of our Customer Support Improvement Plan.
As of August 1, 2011, Scribble Software will offer NEW Support / Success Plan options and NEW extended hours of support based on the selected plan. The new success plans are titled:
- Standard Success Plan
- Premier Success Plan
- Enterprise Success Plan
This new phase of customer support is aimed at providing a wider range of options and coverage to our customers. Areas of service including extended hours of support, weekend / holiday emergency support, discounts on equipment and training are covered in the appropriate offered plans. This phase is yet another step Scribble Software is taking in our long term vision of providing top-tier customer support and success.
As of August 1, 2011, Scribble Software will no longer offer the existing Silver and Gold support plans. All existing customers with current active support plans will automatically be converted to the Standard Success Plan. Please note, we will no longer offer emergency weekend support on an ‘as needed basis’ as of August 1, 2011. If you would like the security of knowing you can call for emergency weekend support without additional billing, please call our Future Markets Team in order to discuss upgrading to the Premier or Enterprise Success Support Plan.
05-03-11 New PureOnlineAccount E-Store Module
Scribble Software Inc. is pleased to announce the release of the PureOnlineAccount E-Store module. The new E-Store consists of a new module to the PureOnlineAccount e-commerce solutions. PureOnlineAccount provides the ability for your customers to manage their own account activity, as well as view, print and securely pay invoices online. This new E-Store option also allows you to easily turn on your very own e-commerce store front along with your other PureOnlineAccount services.
This combination of on-line services may increase cash flow and provide an efficient manner for your customers to pay outstanding balances, as well as purchase additional items and services.
Not only does Scribble Software offer the PureOnlineAccount to our customers, but we also use it in our own day to day operations. As a customer, you have the ability to view your account by clicking on the “Customer Login” menu item. If your do not know your login information, please contact us. 01-03-11 New Web To Case Online Support
Scribble Software Inc. is pleased to announce the roll-out of our expanded customer support options. With the goal of providing top tier customer support, Scribble Software Inc. began to phase in a new and advanced customer relationship management (CRM) system in 2010. This new system is a highly advanced system that would continue to advance our goals of providing the best customer support available. With the new 2011 year, comes the next phase roll out of the all new "Web To Case" online support.
Web to Case is a web based system that allows our customers the ability to open support tickets directly from Scribble Software's web site. The web to case system is an advanced system that will automatically open support tickets and automatically link them to the appropriate organization and contact individuals. This feature provides Scribble's support staff immediate and direct access to all support tickets, as well as, automatically providing status update emails directly to the customer. This new web to case feature should streamline the customer to support communication and provide greater support satisfaction.
07-01-10 New MarinaOffice version 6.5
Scribble Software Inc. is proud to announce the new MarinaOffice version 6.5. MarinaOffice 6.5 primarily addresses the final certification requirements of the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Security Standards Council and the Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS) in reference to processing credit and debit cards.
The website of the PCI Security Standards Council states, "The PA-DSS is the Council-managed program formerly under the supervision of the Visa Inc. program known as the Payment Application Best Practices (PABP). The goal of PA-DSS is to help software vendors and others develop secure payment applications that do not store prohibited data, such as full magnetic stripe, CVV2 or PIN data, and ensure their payment applications support compliance with the PCI DSS. Payment applications that are sold, distributed or licensed to third parties are subject to the PA-DSS requirements."
The MarinaOffice version 6.5 suite of solutions ensures that all requirements of the PCI DSS and PA-DSS are satisfied and passes the requirements of a PCI compliance audit and certification.
02-18-10 Dual Display Support
Scribble Software Inc. is pleased to introduce the all new EVO dual display touchscreen monitor. The use of the older pole customer displays in point-of-sale solutions are being replaced with newer technology and solutions that include a second full color LCD display. The dual display EVO touchscreen display is manufactured by POS-X, a Scribble Software partner, and offered by Scribble Software as part of our overall solutions.
Scribble Software Inc. is also pleased to announce that their point-of-sale solutions: PureRetail, PureFuel and PureRestaurnant now provide standard support for any second display intended for customer viewing. This allows our point of sale solutions to work with the EVO dual display touchscreen, as well as with any two display monitors.
The addition of dual display support also introduces potential income from additional revenue opportunities. The dual display feature includes an advertising system that rotates advertising banners on the second display viewed by customers. Use this opportunity to sell advertising space to other business in your area.

07-21-09 Barber Marina Installs PureFuel-FI Solution
Barber Marina, a new world class marina located just north of Orange Beach, Alabama installs the new PureFuel - FI, fuel interface solution. The overall marina vision not only included a state of the art marina management solution, but also emphasized the inclusion of a modern fuel management solution. The PureFuel - FI™ was installed along with the MarinaOffice™ marina management solution that interfaced with eight digital Dresser-Wayne fuel dispensers. Lake Granbury Marina Inc. installs Scribble Software's MarinaOffice™ Fuel Dock Edition. Lake Granbury Marina was recently obtained by new ownership and is currently going through an extensive re-modeling and construction project. Their goal is to provide the finest marina facilities in the area offering transient and seasonal slip rentals,a multi POS station ships store, a 24 hour pay at the pump fueling dock, a restaurant, an RV park, and boat and jet ski rentals.
The MarinaOffice™ Fuel Dock Edition was selected as the management solution for it's superior ability to serve all areas of the new marina. A primary reason for this selection is the proven track record of Scribble Software's fuel management integration. Scribble Software's PureFuel™ point-of-sale was installed and integrated with multiple Gilbarco fuel dispensers. These dispensers are multi-product dispensers with built in credit card readers allowing customers the ability to fuel their boat 24 hours a day. The PureFuel™ POS not only provides direct control of the fuel dispensers, but will also automatically and seamlessly imports the pay at the pump transactions directly into the back-office accounting.

The 2009 International Marina & Boatyard Conference held in Ft. Lauderdale on January 25th through the 27th was an outstanding success. IMBC is where dedicated marine professionals gather to exchange information, talk about the future of the industry, explore new methods and techniques, receive updates on revised standards and established rules, and see what's happening in other parts of the world. Scribble Software Inc. showcased their latest suite of solutions aimed at providing a better management solution for the marina and resort industries. The latest James Bond 007 movie, "Quantum of Solace" included some action packed scenes that were based on the water and a marina boatyard. 10-21-08 City of Sacramento PureFuel Installation
The City of Sacramento installs Scribble Software's MarinaOffice™ Fuel Dock Edition. The city of Sacramento embarked on an extensive multi-million dollar renovation of the city owned marina. One of the final steps of this renovation is the completion of the new fuel dock. The city selected the MarinaOffice™ Fuel Dock edition to integrate with the new Gilbarco Encor 500 series dispensers. With this setup, fuel dock employees can now completely control the 4 fueling stations and provide better customer service.
10-09-08 Scotts Landing PureFuel Installation
Scotts Landing at the Barcadere Marina installs Scribble Software's MarinaOffice™ Fuel Dock Edition. Scotts Landing at the Barcadere Marina is a premier marina located in Grand Cayman. The MarinaOffice™ Fuel Dock Edition was selected to not only manage the day to day rental aspects, but also manage the dock side and road side fueling stations. Scotts Landing installed 6 marine based fuel dispensers by Pump Measure Control (PMC) on the fuel dock and 3 more PMC dispensers for road traffic. 09-10-08 Product Certification
Scribble Software Inc. is pleased to announce the certification of the PureOnlineAccount.com payment gateway. PureOnlineAccount.com is a new, about to be released, product that will allow on-line bill payments and other account activity using the internet. Since the financial transactions will be occurring over the internet, the secure payment gateway had to go through a series of rigorous certification steps with the credit card processor, CAM Commerce. 10-09-07 New Business Acquisition
Over the years, Scribble Software Inc. has experience tremendous growth in its business product lines, as well as personnel. This expanding capacity is quickly outgrowing the current leased corporate office. Forward thinking has enacted the purchase of a new office structure that will serve as the new corporate office. With the purchase complete, Taylor Property Services has been awarded the contract to plan, design, and construct the interior of the building to meet the needs of Scribble Software Inc.
