Recurring Billing
In addition to the “Cash Register” style interface, PureRetail™ also provides a “Recurring Billing” module that automatically creates invoices directly into QuickBooks® at user defined periods. Recurring bills can consist of any combination of QuickBooks® items that include: inventory, non-inventory, service, other, discounts, and taxes that can be scheduled on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and/or annual basis.
Every recurring invoice will be marked to be paid with a credit card stored on file. With this feature, PureRetail™ will automatically authorize the credit card and apply the payment towards each recurring invoice marked for auto pay.
Billing frequencies can be configured for:
- Daily
- Weekly
- Monthly
- Quarterly
- Semi-Annual
- Annual
- Custom, specify the months to bill
With the real-time QuickBooks® integration, all invoices are automatically generated in your QuickBooks® accounting financials with no extra effort.
