Scribble Software acquires Ships Log Marina Management Software
Richmond, VA, December 29, 2003 ---- Scribble Software Inc., a technology solution provider for mission-critical business software and training, announces the complete acquisition of all assets of the "Ships Log - Marina Management Software", (www.marinasoftware.com). The Ships Log Marina Management Software is a management and billing software solution for the marina industry. Scribble Software Inc. acquires the assets of Ships Log from Trilobyte Micro Systems with headquarters in Harbert, Michigan Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The Ships Log software will be utilized and absorbed by the MarinaOffice software group of Scribble Software Inc. The MarinaOffice software solution is a comprehensive marina management and point-of-sale solution using state of the art technology to compliment the business needs of today’s marinas and marine retail environments.
